We all know what Las Vegas, Nevada is famous for. No, not just legalized prostitution, but gambling of course. So what it is about Las
Vegas so notorious for gambling and casinos, and what makes it such a casino hotspot?
Perhaps it is the fact that everywhere you look there is a casino or hotel. Perhaps it is the fact that “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”. Whatever it may be, we know that Vegas is a great place to live, to vacation, and to be.
Yes, Vegas caters to the adult audience, giving them the means to lose their inhibitions and entire life savings within a matter of hours, (and maybe a new spouse to boot). But, Las Vegas now also caters to children, making it a family friendly place. Now while Mom and Dad go about their business, the kids can have fun too!
Of course Vegas is great for gambling, but there is more to its nightlife than just that. There are all kinds of shows, great deals on food, and Vegas is full of all kinds of concerts. If you cannot find something to do in Vegas, then you should not be there! If you are looking for a great hotel and casino to check out when you are in Vegas, then you should take a look at:
MGM Grand: Really close to the airport (actually the first stop on the airport shuttle that goes from the airport to the strip and back) this hotel has great casino accommodations. You can drink until you cannot see straight, as long as you are at least pumping pennies into the slot machines!
Hooters Hotel: Visible from the airport, this hotel is great for Hooters fans. It is a Hooters restaurant, hotel, and casino all in one. What a dream!
Bellagio: This is a grand hotel and casino, but they have some guidelines that you must consider if you have guests under the age of 18 that you plan to have with you. Minors must be accompanied with a parent or guardians at all times, and are not permitted in all areas.
Caesar’s Palace: This is one of most well know hotel-casinos in the area. Definitely pricey, it is still worth the surroundings!
There are definitely more options there than just the ones mentioned, but these are some of the more well known options available. When planning your trip to Vegas, consider your budget and time constraints when making a decision.
