After searching for a while I could not believe some of the posts and comments, so bad I just gave up and went back to my tried and true casino.

Does this mean I will not try something new? Of course not, but my head was so filled with negativity from some of the posts that I decided to give it a rest.

What people should realize is that casinos are a game of chance and just because you lose does that mean that they are bad? not necessarily.

There is a big difference between a bad casino and a Rogue casino and maybe it was bad to you because you had some consecutive losses which can sometimes happen with certain casinos, after all casinos are games of chance.

A Rogue casino is one that does not pay at all, closes an account etc just because you had a losing streak does not mean the casino was bad.

The next time you decide to give a casino a whirl, instead of making large bets keep them small, get a feel for the games, never get greedy and increase your wager, that's where many fail and last but not least make sure you completely understand the terms and conditions of the casino.

I thought I would go ahead and post about a new casino by the name allaustraliancasino.com. In fact I was a approached by a representative of them last week by the name of Jan Wienk about promoting them, I am always very leery of new casinos but then again I am always open to new suggestions.

I saw a few comments on another forum about some issues some people have had with payments, apparently they did have some issues with payment processing which sucks, especially when you are starting out and of course allaustraliancasino.com is a fairly new casino. It seems they have corrected the payment issue with the payment processor and everyone that had an issue got paid and all are happy.

We would like to give a warm welcome to All Australian Casino and have added them to our site. We also invite any feedback you may have had with them.

We have posted a review on our website and also believe they have great potential to grow in this industry.

First I would like to thank you for the fact you believe in the potential of our product. Instead of a general name an focussing on all primary gaming countries we choose to launch several products aimed at a certain market. We believe that if an average customer has the possibility to choose between a casino with a general name of a casino with the name, look and feel of their own country they will choose for the last one.
That is the main reason and our vision about online gaming.

As you may know I’ve been on the Casino Meister forum to respond to players issues. Unfortunately the thread continued by general opinions of players and not specific questions or complaints. That’s why I stopped responding otherwise I will start a discussing and there is no need for any.

To be very honest: We contracted the wrong payment provider. We had issues with credit card withdrawals and they couldn’t solve these issues within a proper time frame. From our side and from the backend environment of our payments provider all withdrawals seemed processed accordingly and it took us 5 business days to figure out this wasn’t the case at all. We charged back the withdrawals and provided the players the solution to request a withdrawal again by bank transfer. We promised them we would process their requests immediately, this has been done for 8 players involved.
This week we already contracted a new payment provider, when systems are fully integrated we terminate the contract with our first payment provider.
As you can read, indeed: Start-up hiccups. In my opinion we act accordingly and made the right choices in a very short term. To terminate the contract will of course costs us additional money, but to be able to service our players is more important as the money. We are do not worry about it since we know the issues are fixed now. There were 8 players involved and we had received kudos from players for the way we solved the issue.
On a daily basis we improve our site and service and we are happy doing it. So to be honest, we are happy these problems have occurred in the first week and not when the activity and volume was a lot higher.

The monthly Revenue share percentage payable for an Inactive Affiliate will be adjusted to 15% for all Players’ net Revenue linked to this Plan. Should the Inactive Affiliate deliver new depositing Players, at any time thereafter, the Affiliate shall become active in this Plan and be entitled to the revenue share percentage as per the table above.

5.6. BrightShare or its Clients may restrict specific markets for acquisition of new Players. Upon closure of a market to acquisition, BrightShare reserves the right to adjust the Affiliate’s Revenue share percentage to 15% for all the Affiliate’s existing Players from the closed market.
