Betting on the stock market

stockmarketup.jpgYes, we all know about betting at online casinos and how much fun it can be , plus it can put a little money in our pockets if we play wisely, but what about betting on financial markets. What better time could it be to bet on the stock market, after all over the past 6 weeks the stock market has taken everyone over a roller coaster ride many of us have taken our money out, some like myself are just going to ride out the storm.

But did you know you can actually bet on financial markets or stock markets ? Well you can, similar to sports betting you can place bets on the world markets, in my opinion its probably safer to place a bet on the market versus having my money invested in it.

How does this work ?  Well its pretty simple, kind of like sports betting and betting on a particular team except that you are betting on the stock markets, whether they will go up or down. I have done it for a few days now and although I have not made that much money yet I have learned a lot about the markets and their trends.

First you need to sit down and do some research , I did my research by using some simple tools such as yahoo finance and google finance and some others sites out there, then you get an idea of the trend of the markets. You then check your point spread on the stock market and place your bet , if you are unsure at first, start with a small amount until you familiarize yourself with the process , then once you get the hang of it you can wager a little more.

So if you are down and out about the financial situation as it is , keep your money out of the stock market and instead of worrying what individual stocks are going to do, set all that aside and have a little fun betting on the markets. In the long run this is probably safer than having your money invested in the market especially right now.
